Every leader in Evolve builds a personalized AI coach alongside their executive coach, configured around their leadership style, their organization's culture, and what they're actually facing. It's available any time, day or night, and keeps developing them long after the program ends.
Preparing for a hard conversation Monday morning? Work through it Sunday night with the AI coach, then bring what surfaced into the next session with your coach. The human expertise still guides the work.
