Danya partners with life-science and biotech companies to turn strategy, science, and capital into company value. She has a passion for rapidly elevating leadership, execution, and AI-enabled ways of working in fast-paced, complex environments.

  • Embeds practical AI into G&A functions (HR, operations, executive workflows) to expand capacity and enhance agile execution without increasing overhead

  • Acts as a high-trust partner to CEOs, founders, and investors - quickly diagnosing where execution is breaking down and implementing targeted, pragmatic solutions

  • Over a decade of executive-level biotech experience across companies including Merida Biosciences, Avidity Biosciences, Inhibrx, and The Column Group portfolio
