Danya partners with life-science and biotech companies to turn strategy, science, and capital into company value. She has a passion for rapidly elevating leadership, execution, and AI-enabled ways of working in fast-paced, complex environments.
Enables leadership teams and organizations to operate with clarity and discipline at critical inflection points (financing, scaling, strategic shifts), while serving as an embedded partner to ensure strategy translates into consistent execution
Brings a systems-level approach combining experience building global organizational frameworks at Novartis with operating roles as Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer inside venture-backed biotech
Accelerates alignment and decision-making across executive teams and functions reducing friction, increasing speed, and improving capital efficiency
Embeds practical AI into G&A functions (HR, operations, executive workflows) to expand capacity and enhance agile execution without increasing overhead
Acts as a high-trust partner to CEOs, founders, and investors - quickly diagnosing where execution is breaking down and implementing targeted, pragmatic solutions
Over a decade of executive-level biotech experience across companies including Merida Biosciences, Avidity Biosciences, Inhibrx, and The Column Group portfolio
